Our client, a leading financial institution in Malta is looking for an experienced Business Process Reengineering. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and proposing robust recommendations to stakeholders. Collaborating with cross-functional project teams to lead the redesign of bank processes, aiming for effectiveness, customer-focus, and digital readiness where feasible. Providing direction and guidance to facilitate radical reengineering efforts.
Your duties will include:
- Researching and analysing business processes, including engaging with stakeholders, to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and identify gaps and dependencies across various functions.
- Ensuring these processes prioritise customer needs and incorporate necessary operational controls and procedures.
- Reengineering processes to facilitate digitalisation, with a focus on maximising the functionality of existing bank systems as a primary step.
- Providing robust recommendations for implementing new processes or optimising existing ones, and overseeing their implementation.
- Gathering user feedback and incorporating it into process improvement efforts whenever possible.
- Collaborating with management at all levels to document existing processes, manage data, identify trends, and propose effective process enhancements.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday.
Requirements
- A minimum of three years of professional experience in the financial services industry, preferably with a background in Business Process Reengineering (BPR).

Education and Experience
- Candidates with qualifications in Banking, Finance, Business, Risk, Project Management, or related fields may receive preference.
